To obtain a Wholesale Account with Scrapbaggers, you must enter a valid Tax ID or Resale Number ("Merchant ID") and completely fill out the required information on the registration page. Wholesale orders require a minimum purchase of 12 total patterns, with a minimum of 3 patterns per title purchased.
